农业科技创新的投入机制与金融支持问题研究

农业的持续稳定增长，新农村建设的实现，根本出路在于农业科技创新。与国外相比，我国农业科技创新能力并不强。造成我国农业科技创新能力低下的原因，关键在于农业科技创新的投入机制不健全，以及金融支持不够。因而，加快农业科技创新的投入机制创新、建立多元化的投融资渠道是现实选择。

Research on Input Mechanism and Finance Support for Innovation of Agricultural Science and Technology

Innovation of science and technology in agriculture is a root way by which to maintain the stable growth of agriculture and to push forward new rural construction. However, the ability of innovation in China is weaker than that in other countries. This paper points out that the reason why the innovation capacity in China is low is because of the not robust input mechanism and limited finance support. Therefore, the innovation of input mechanism and diversification in financing channels are the choice determined by the real situation.
