Studien zur quantitativen Bestimmung von Mikro-grammengen Blei

Zusammenfassung Es werden die Angaben für eine exakte Bestimmung von Mikrogrammmengen Blei mittels Dithizon und die Reproduzierbarkeit der kalorimetrischen Einfarbenmethode überprüft. Die verschiedenen p_H-Abhängigkeiten, die im Laufe der Dithizonmethode von Bedeutung sind, werden experimentell festgelegt. Weiters wird die Bestimmung von Mikrogrammengen Blei auf polarographischem Wege diskutiert und insbesondere eine einfache Methode zur Bestimmung von Blei neben Eisen(III) angegeben.

Summary A check was made of the statements regarding the accurate determination of microgram quantities of lead by means of dithizone and also of the reproducibility of the colorimetric one-color method. The various p_H relationships, which are of significance during the course of the dithizone procedure, were established experimentally. In addition, the determination of microgram quantities of lead polarographically was discussed and in particular a simple method was given for the determination of lead in the presence of iron(III).

Résumé On a contrôlé les conditions d'un dosage exact du plomb par la dithizone, à l'échelle du microgramme ainsi que la reproductibilité de la méthode colorimétrique à une couleur.On a établi expérimentalement les différentes influences du p_H qui se manifestent au cours du processus du dosage par la dithizone. On discute en outre le dosage polarographique du plomb à l'échelle du microgramme et l'on décrit en particulier, une méthode simple de dosage du plomb en présence de fer(III).
