摘    要:目前,常采用将压敏电阻片( MOV)并联的方法来提高压敏型电涌保护器(SPD)的通流容量和电压保护水平.根据ZnO压敏电阻的伏安特性,利用冲击发生器HAEFELY PSURGE 30.2和CJ1001型压敏电阻直流参数仪进行了大规模实验,通过对实验数据进行对比分析发现,将压敏电压U1mA作为并联选片的参数是可行的;双片...

Abstract:Nowadays,connecting two metal oxide varistors(MOV) in parallel is always used to improve the surge current capacity and the voltage protection level of surge protective devices(SPD).According to the volt-ampere characteristic of ZnO varistor,a lot of experiments were performed with impact generator(HAEFELY PSURGE 30.2) and DC parameter measurement device for MOV(CJ1001).The results show that U1mA can be used for the selection of MOV for parallel connection.The surge current capacity of the parallel-connected MOV is 40-60% larger than that of single MOV.Moreover,connecting two MOV in parallel reduces the residual voltage and improves the voltage protection level of SPD.
