| 摘 要： | 超临界流体萃取过程特点决定了萃取釜需采用快开结构.卡箍式快开结构是一种开启方便、适用压力范围广、承压能力强的快速开关盖装置.以超临界萃取釜为产品对象,开发了萃取釜卡箍式快开结构CAD软件.软件以VB6.0为开发平台,辅以数据库技术,通过ActiveX Automation技术生成相应的强度计算书,并在AutoCAD环境下参数化绘制其工程图样.

| Abstract: | The extraction kettle needs to adopt quick closure device according to the process characteristic of supercritical fluid extraction. The clamping bands quick closure device is a quick-open equipment which opens conveniently, suits wide application for broad pressure range, and offers high pressuretightness. A software for the clamping bands quick closure device was developed. The software is studied by AutoCAD exploiting technology ActiveX Automation on the developing platform of Visual Basic6. 0 and under AutoCAD drawing environment. The calculation and construction drawing of the design can be achieved automatically. |
