氨基苯基类中氮茚化合物的合成及作为质子探针的研究

摘    要:设计合成了3个氨基苯基类中氮茚化合物, 研究了其在不同pH值的缓冲溶液中的荧光强度变化. 结果表明, 在pH=2.1~4.2之间, 该类化合物具有荧光敏感性. 化合物3a和3b可以作为良好的质子控制的荧光开关器件信号分子.

Abstract:Fluorescent molecular probes and switches system plays an important part in molecular recognition. The study on fluorescent probes and switches of proton guest has been developing rapidly in recent years. The modular structure of fluor spacer amine is pointed out to be important according to the principle of photoinduced electron transfer(PET). Three derivatives of 3-(4-aminophenyl)-indolizine were synthesized for the design of fluorescent molecular probes for pH. The fluorescence spectra and fluorescence quantum yields of the compounds were examined. The present study suggests that 3-(4-aminophenyl)-indolizine derivatives 3a and 3b were appropriate to measure pH values in the range 2.1—4.2 by a ratiometric method that relies on fluorescence emission. It suggested that derivatives of 3-(4-aminophenyl)-indolizine could find useful applications as intracellular pH meters.
