国有资产流失的剖析及对策

改革开放以来，我国国有资产的总量有了大幅度增长，但国有资产流失的问题也非常突出。目前流失的渠道主要有：决策失误、企业破产、经营管理混乱、企业改制、中外合资合作、大办三产、忽视无形资产管理等，这些都造成国有资产的严重流失。针对国有资产流失的现状提出了防止国有资产流失的对策。

The Analyisis Countermeasure for National Assets Loss

Since reform and opening,the total amount of national assets of china has increased greatly,however ,the loss of national assets is also a very serious problem.At present,the channels of loss consist of decision-maklng mistakes,enterprise bankruptcy,business management chaos,conversion of enterprise ownership system,joint venture,Sino-foreign cooperation , establishment of tertiary industry ,ignoring of the management of immaterial assets etc.and all these have led to severe loss of national assets.Aiming at the current situation of the loss of national assets,the measures of preventing the loss of national assets are proposed.
