集体儿童膳食供给及头发中锌,铁,钙,碘元素含量调查

以华清村幼儿园２２５名儿童为对象进行了膳食供给情况调查和头发中锌、铁、钙、碘元素含量的测定。结果显示，膳食中钙元素的供给不足ＲＤＡ的５０％，头发检测钙、锌、碘、铁四元素分别为７６％、６０％、３７．８％、３４．７％的儿童达不到正常参考值标准，故除应加强膳食管理，为儿童提供科学、合理的平衡膳食外，还必须补充适量吸收好、利用率高的钙制剂，同时在监测下有针对性地补充铁、锌、碘元素。

Provision of the Board for the collective Children and Investigation of the Content of Zinc, Iron, Calcium and IodineElements in Their Hair

Taking 225 children in Huaqing kindergarter as the objects, the provision of the board was investigated and the content of zinc, iron, calcium and iodine elements in their hairs was determined. Theresult showed that the provision of calcium in food was less than 50% of RDA and the number of the chilldren whose hair have calcium, zinc, iodine and iron of 76%, 60%, 37.8% and 34.7% separatelyhas not reached the normal referance standard. Therefore, in addition to strenthen the management of foodand provide scientific reasonable equilibrium diet, we should replenish the right amount of calcium preparation, which is good to absorption and in a high rate of usage. At the same time, the directable replenishment of iron, zinc, iodine elements under the supervision is also needed.
