摘    要:根据级效率、粒度分布和分离效率之间的关系,提出了一种直接测定液一液旋流器级效率曲线的新方法。首先测出油滴在水中的粒度分布,并将其拟合为解析函数;然后用多项式拟合级效率曲线,根据实测的分流比和总效率等数据,求出多项式中的待定系数,即可得到比较精确的级效率曲线。该方法经济实用,适用范围广。

Abstract:Based on the relationship among guade effciency droplet size distribution and separation efficiency ,a new method for measuring guade efficiency is developed Firstly the duoplet size distribution is measured, and the rdsult is fitted to an analytic equation Secondly ,the guade efficiency curve is fitted by the use of poly nome Last the underdetermined coefficients in polynome are acquiring the reject ratio and total efficiency of hydrocyclone ,then substantially accurate grade effciency curve is obtained This method can re duce thst expenditures and will be used conveniently and widely
