Abstract: | In the present paper the linear quasi static theory of viscoelasticity for Kelvin-Voigt materials with double porosity is considered. The basic external boundary value problems (BVPs) of steady vibrations in this theory are formulated. The uniqueness and existence theorems for regular (classical) solutions of the BVPs are proved by using of the potential method (boundary integral equations method) and the theory of singular integral equations.
