基于输出电压可调的LLC谐振变换器的设计与优化

摘    要:最近谐振式变换器在消费类电子产品诸如液晶电视和等离子显示器的开关电源中得到了广泛的应用。传统的LLC谐振变换器的设计方法类似于试探法,本文给出了一种新的设计方法及设计实例,该方法可以使在输出电压范围内的额定输出电压工作在谐振点,而其他输出电压工作在谐振点附近,实验证明采用这种方法可以提高变换器的效率。

Abstract:Recently,the resonant LLC topology begins to be widely used in application such as switching mode power Supply of LCD TVS and plasma display panel,since it can achieve zero voltage switch.In this paper an optimal design method and example were presented,whose output voltage is variable.The experiment shows that by setting the normal output voltage to operate at the resonant frequency and other output voltage close to the resonant frequency,higher converter efficiency can be achieved.
