| Abstract: | On account of moire interfere technology, moire stripe produced by doublegrating has been analyzed by use of the Fourier frequency analysis method. Phase object measure ment system is designed, Moire stripe equation corresponding different distribution of strentgh of the light has been successfully derived. |
