空间辐照环境及红外光子探测器的辐照效应

摘    要:红外探测器技术在20世纪获得了巨大的发展,其在空间遥感领域的应用也越来越广。外层空间中存在着各种辐射,这就给红外探测器提出了抗辐射要求。本文首先总结了当前对空间辐照环境的认识,其中包括宇宙射线、地球辐射带、太阳粒子事件、大气中的次级成分、太空飞行器内部的次级成分,然后按照时间顺序对当前器件辐照效应的研究现状进行了综述。

Abstract:Infrared detector technology made great progress in the 20th century and its application in the field of space remote sensing is becoming wider and wider. Since there are many different types of radiation in the outer space, it is necessary to study the irradiation effects of infrared detectors. This paper presents the knowledge of space radiation environment including cosmic rays, Van Allen radiation belts, solar particle events and secondary particles in atmosphere and spacecraft, and then summarizes the current study of the irradiation effects of infrared devices.
