石墨炉原子吸收法测茶叶中铅和镉

摘    要:采用石墨炉原子吸收法测茶叶中铅、镉的含量,方法灵敏、准确,测定时无需富集、萃取,操作简便。铅、镉平均回收率分别为102.05%和94.98%,相对标准偏差不超过4.2%。

Abstract:The content of lead,cadmium in tea was detemined by graphite stove atom spectrometry.This method is sensitive accurate,needn't collect richly,extract regularly to examine,easy and simple to handle.Average rate of recovery of lead are 102.05% and cadmium 94.98%.The relatively standard deviation does not exceed 4.2%.
