| Abstract: | Abstract ln the（GaAs）4／（AlAs）_2 ultrathin superlattice，the strong resonant multiphonon Raman scattering by GaAs－like and AlAs－like interface phonons has been observed．The absence of confined LO modes in resonant scattering spectra maybe due to the much high percentag．ofuinterface and the stronger Frohlich interaction between the interface mode and photon. |
