悬挂式货运单轨轨道梁与桥墩结构尺寸比选

悬挂式单轨应用于集装箱货运在国内外尚处于初步研究探索阶段,缺少相关的设计规范标准作为设计依据.以某货运悬挂式单轨试验线为工程背景,利用MIDAS软件建立轨道梁和桥墩模型,通过有限元分析,对比了不同轨道梁与桥墩的结构尺寸对轨道和桥墩的位移、应力及疲劳性能的影响,最后确定了所需的截面几何尺寸及各板件厚度.研究结果表明:因转向架尺寸较大,轨道梁截面轮廓也较大,整体刚度大;轨道梁各板件合理结构参数建议采用底板32 mm、腹板20 mm、顶板24 mm;对于单线工程,桥墩宜采用倒L型桥墩,截面采用矩形截面,板厚采用24 mm.

Comparisons and Selection of Structure Size of Track Beam and Pier for Suspended Freight Monorail

The application of suspension monorail in container freight transportation is still in the preliminary research stage at home and abroad.There is no relevant design code and standard as the design basis.In this paper,based on the engineering background of a freight suspended monorail test line,the finite element model of track beam and pier is established by using the Midas software,and then the displacement,stress and fatigue performance of track beam and pier are checked and calculated.Besides,the required section geometry size and thickness of each slab are determined.The results show that because of the large size of the bogie,the cross-section profile of the track beam is also large,and the overall rigidity of the track beam is large.The reasonable structural parameters of each slab of track beam are:32 mm for base plate,20 mm for web plate and 24 mm for top plate.The pier can be made into an inverted L-type for the single line engineering,with rectangular section and 24 mm-thick plate.
