基于橙皮苷提取转移率的青皮提取工艺研究

摘    要:为提高橙皮苷提取转移率,对青皮提取工艺进行考察,优选出最佳提取工艺.通过单因素试验考察溶媒种类、溶媒用量、压强、提取时间、提取次数、浸泡因素及药材粉碎程度等系列因素,并在此基础上,利用L9(3~4)正交试验法优选出最佳提取工艺,并对最佳工艺进行验证.青皮的最佳提取工艺为,12倍量60%乙醇提取3次,每次提取1.5 h,且工艺稳定可行,完全可用于工业化生产中.

Abstract:Based on the extraction transfer rate of hesperidin,the extraction process of pericarpium citri reticulatae viride was investigated,and the optimum extraction process was selected in this paper. A series of factors,such as solvent type,solvent dosage,extraction time,extraction times,soaking factors,crushing degree of medicinal materials and auxiliary extraction materials,were investigated by single factor test. On this basis,the optimum extraction process was selected by L9( 34) orthogonal test,and the optimum process was verified. The experimental results showed that the optimum extraction process was to add 12 times of 60% ethanol for 3 times,1. 5 hours each time. It is thus concluded that the results of this study are appplicable for the large-scale production of pericarpium citri reticulatae viride extraction process,and the process is stable and feasible.
