我国科技资源配置效率与空间差异分析——基于SFA模型的实证分析

科技建设是一项大的系统工程,应从结构角度对我国科技资源配置现状及特点进行评价,从不同区域、不同科技资源投入类型、资金来源类型、产出类型的角度,运用1995～2008共19年的数据对科技资源的投入及产出进行了一个全面的分析。在此基础上,运用SFA技术,采用以C-D函数为基础的BC92模型对我国30个省、自治区、直辖市科技资源配置效率进行了测度,以期对我国科技政策的调整提供借鉴意义。
