边耦合量子点系统的全计数统计研究

摘    要:基于有效粒子数分辨的量子主方程,研究了边耦合双量子点系统中电子的全计数统计.当点间隧穿耦合强度与量子点电极耦合强度的比值小于某一数值(约为1/3)时,可以观察到超泊松噪声,并且超泊松散粒噪声可以用快慢输运通道解释.此外,系统量子相干性对电子全计数统计的影响只有在点间隧穿耦合强度相对于量子点电极耦合强度较弱时起主要作用.

Abstract:The full counting statistics(FCS)of electron transport through side-coupled quantum dot is studied based on an efficient particle-number-resolved master equation.Super-Poissonian noise is observed when the ratio between the inter-dot hopping coupling and dot-lead coupling is smaller than a certain value(about 1/3),and can be used to underst and the mechanism of effective fast and slow transport channels.Moreover,the effect of the quantum coherence of the system on the FCS plays an important role in the weak...
