摘    要:通过羧基与基底表面的相互作用, 将5,10,15,20-四-(羧酸苯基)卟啉(TCPP)超薄膜成功地组装在金属基底和非金属基底表面, 并采用紫外光谱和表面拉曼增强散射光谱系统地研究了自组装膜中卟啉分子的聚集形态、结构、自组装过程的驱动力及取向. 结果显示, 超薄膜组装在金属基底上时, 出现部分卟啉发生金属化; 而组装在非金属基底上时, 由于三甲氧基硅烷(APTMS)的无序排列, 自组装膜中的卟啉环没有特定取向.

Abstract:We study SAM films of 5,10,15,20-tetrakis (4-carboxylphenyl) porphyrin compound fabricated on the metal and nonmetal substrates. Their structure and orientation are characterized by UV-Vis and surface-enhanced Raman scattering spectroscopy. The results reveal that the TCPP molecules can form SAMs on silver substrate by carboxyl group, and a portion of porphyrin molecules are metalized. Due to the disorder arrangement of APTMS, the porphyrin molecules in SAMs on the glass sheet do not manifest any specific orientation.
