摘    要:应用AFS820双道原子荧光光度计同时测定鱼肉、鱼骨中的砷和汞含量,样品采用湿消解法和干灰化法。结果表明,砷和汞在鱼骨中富集量高于鱼肉。该方法对砷、汞的检出限均小于0.06μg/L,RSD(n=5):砷〈4.8%、汞〈6.2%,回收率分别为90%—118%和92%—115%。

Abstract:A sensitive,simple method for the simultaneous determination of As and Hg by double channel-atomic fluorescence spectrometry of 820 in fish flesh and fish bone was established. The sample was digested by wet and dry ashed methods. The concentration of As and Hg are higher in fish bone than that in fish flesh. The LD is smaller than 0.06μg/L both for As and for Hg with RSD(n= 5) 4.8% for As and 6.2% for Hg. Recovery is 90%-118% for As and 92%-115% for Hg.
