木素酚的合成及其与酶的吸附特性

摘    要:以木材为原料,彩和室温相分离方法制得了可回收利用的生物高分子材料木素酚,研究了木素酚对纤维素酶和木 蛋白酶的吸附和解吸特性。结果表明,木素酚对这两种酶均有较强的亲和力,且可以通过改变溶剂使之解吸分离,木素能方便地回收再利用,有望成为功能性生物高分子材料。

Abstract:Through the phase-separative treatment, a novel lignophenol, which is a recyclable bio-polymer material, was prepared at room temperature by using wood meal as a raw material. The experimental results showed that lignophenols have affinity for cellulase and papain. The two kinds of enzyme could be easy released by changing an organic solvent. The lignophenol could be used as functional bio-polymer material.
