Zur Frage der Zusammensetzung einer Xylenol-Fraktion

Zusammenfassung Die Zusammensetzung einer technischen Xylenol-Fraktion wurde geprüft. Neben infrarot-, massenspektroskopischen und gaschromatographischen Untersuchungsbefunden wurden vor allen Dingen dünnschicht- bzw. papierchromatographische Möglichkeiten einer Auftrennung der isomeren Dimethylphenole über ihre Kupplungsprodukte mit 4-Benzoylamino-2,5-diäthoxyanilin (Echtblausalz BB), Anthrachinon-1-diazoniumchlorid (Echtrotsalz AL) bzw. Kondensationsprodukte mit 1-Phenyl-2,3-dimethyl-4-ammopyrazolon-(5) (4-Aminoantipyrin) herangezogen und erprobt.
