| 摘 要： | 本文从分析科技特派员制度中的利益关系入手,结合昌吉科技特派员制度的开展情况,建立科学可行的科技特派员制度的绩效评价模型,以改进的熵值法作为本文的主要研究方法,并以昌吉州地区进行了实例评价分析,得出了对科技特派员制度的绩效评价"应在结合当地的经济发展情况的前提下,全面地科学地分析科技特派员制度中的利益关系"的结论。
