摘    要:本测定了4个季节的大型人工湿地中基质无机氮含量,以研究植物组成与多样性(包括植物物种丰富度与功能群丰富度)对基质无机氮的季节动态的影响。方差分析表明:在大型人工湿地中,当衡量植物多样性对基质营养季节动态的影响时,一般是植物组成和物种丰富度要比功能群丰富度更有说服力。同时,基质无机氮夏季(2008年7月,一年中植物生长最快的季节)的值最高,春季(2008年4月,植物开始生长)的无机氮最低,这表明基质营养(如无机氮)的季节动态变化趋势与植物的生长周期及其对营养需求规律相吻合。

Abstract:This study attempted to measure the amounts of substrate inorganic nitrogen (SIN) in four seasons in a full-scale constructed wetland in southeastern China to investigate the effects of plant composition and diversity (i.e., plant species richness and functional group richness) on seasonal dynamics of SIN. ANOVA analysis in this study showed that plant diversity had no significant effects on SIN in the four seasons, while plant compositions had very significant effects. Therefore, plant composition in general explained much more about the measured nutrient cycling processes than did plant diversity in high nutrient supply in the full-scale constructed wetland. Meanwhile, all treatments had highest inorganic nitrogen pool sizes (7.64±1.40 (mean±S.E.) mg kg-1) in July (Summer, the plants grow fastest in the four seasons), and their lowest pool sizes (2.74±0.18 (mean±S.E.) mg kg-1) in April (Spring, when the plants began to grow), indicating the seasonal dynamic rules of SIN were very consistent with plant growth cycle.
