摘    要:报道了用IAS4图像分析系统研究聚丙烯材料的聚集态结构 ,表明用图像分析仪可定量表征结晶型聚合物材料球晶和第二相颗粒在基体中的形态 .通过材料聚集态结构的定量测定 ,对材料性能的变化可作出满意的解释 ,是研究结晶型高聚物结构与性能关系的有效手段

Abstract:In this article, study on the aggregation structure of polypropylene (PP) material with IAS4 image analysis system was reported. The result indicated that the form of spherulite or filling particle in the matrix of crystalline polymer can be quantitatively described by IAS4 Image Analysis System. Through the measurement of aggregation structure, the transformation of mechanical properties can be explained. With the increase of filling quantity of nucleating agent, the spherulite size( D n) and its distribution( C d) tends towards decline. Under different heat treatment technology, D n and C d has little changed. It was showed that, with the decrease of D n, the notch impact strength increase. To the PP/talc composite, the aggregation of talc particle has relation with the original size of particle, filling quantity and the surface treatment level. With the decrease of particle size, the notched impact strength goes up. So,the image analysis is a kind of effective method to study the relationship between structure and properties of polymeric materials.
