| 摘 要： | 比较我国大陆与台湾地区死刑执行的方法、场所与时间、程序和死刑执行人数,得出对我国大陆死刑改革的启示是:借鉴台湾地区把死刑犯心神丧失作为死刑暂停执行的一种情形;借鉴台湾地区把特殊纪念日作为死刑暂停执行的一种情形;增加死刑执行的透明度;适当延长死刑的执行期限;适当的时候公布死刑执行人数。
