ESR谱仪的一种新型低温变温装置

摘    要:本文报道了ESR谱仪的一种新型低温变温装置。其原理是把插入式杜瓦直接插在液氮杜瓦的螺旋管上,将干燥氮气压入液氮中,然后把冷却后的氮气流喷在样品管上,使样品管的温度降低。这个装置的最低温度可达85K,比通常的低温变温装置低。

Abstract:A new type of low-temperature and variable-temperature apparatus for ESR spectrometers is introduced in this paper. In the apparatus, an insert dewar joined directly to a coiled tube of liqeid nitrogen dewar. The dry nitrogen gas is pressed to the liquid nitrogen and the cooled nitrogen gas is jetted to the sample tube. The temperature of the sample is lowered.The lowest temperature of the apparatus can reach 85K. It is lower than the temperature of usual variable-temperature apparatus.
