| 摘 要： | 传统产业集群理论强调集群的发展是一个演化升级过程,其高级阶段是一个联系广泛的具有自组织能力的分工协作体系。然而这一体系全球化与本土化之间的矛盾性,并未在其理论框架中加以分析,于是马歇尔式的工业区往往被描述为产业集群演进的最高阶段。从全球化与本土化的冲突角度,将远程工作这种新形式的影响纳入产业集群演化升级的理论框架,对产业集群演进与升级理论进行创新,提出了辽宁省产业集群演化升级新的途径。
