| 摘 要： | 钻具螺纹失效在整个钻具失效事故中占有较大比重．在钻具质量合格的前提下，这种失效多数是由钻具接头磨损和入井上扣扭矩过大或过小所致．根据钻具接头磨损对其抗扭强度和上扣扭矩的分析，阐述了减轻钻具接头磨损和采用最佳上扣扭矩对其使用寿命的重要性，并提出了相应措施．

| Abstract: | This paper describes the reasons that cause the common failure of drilling tools. The drill string can be divided into several failure sections according to its working stress at different parts of the drill string when it is operated. The paper analyses the failures that most frequently occurred with common characteristics and presents some efficient methods to prevent and solve this problems. |
