山葵组培苗瓶外生根技术研究

摘    要:以山葵试管苗为试材,研究山葵瓶外生根技术。结果表明:用浓度500 mg/L IBA配合松树下腐殖质土,生根率达到75%。该技术可减少组培苗培育环节,缩短山葵育苗生产周期,降低苗木生产成本。

Abstract:Wasabia japonica Matsum. seedling in test tube was used as test materials to study the rooting techniques. The results showed that the average rooting rate was up to 75%by using 500 mg/L IBA mixed with the humus under the pines. The technology can shorten the breeding cycle and reduce seedling costs.
