| Abstract: | This paper briefly describes the basic properties of the GaN based luminescent materials. The application and future prospect of GaN based devices is reviewed. The growth techniques of these materials are introduced selectively. In particular, we introduce Metal Organic Compound Chemical Vapour Deposition. |
