纳米氧化锌粉体的制备及其性能表征

摘    要:以Zn(NO3)2 、酒石酸、H2C2O4为原料,采用络合沉淀法合成了纳米级ZnO粉体,并对产品结构性能进行了表征,所得ZnO粉体平均粒径48nm,分散性好、收率高。

Abstract:Nanometer ZnO composite powder has been prepared from Zn(NO 3) 2, tartaric acid and H 2C 2O 4 by means of complexing-precipitate method. XRD.TG and TEM examinations were used to investigate the characteristics of the sample. The ZnO product has average diameter of 48 nm with good dispersity and yield.
