摘    要:以兰州市3所高校为对象,以遥感影像、城镇地籍调查数据和高校统计信息为来源,运用GIS技术刻画出高校内部的用地空间分布格局,分析得出系列用地数据,采用FAHP和层次评价方法完成定量化评价.结果表明:甘肃中医学院、甘肃农业大学、西北民族大学的土地开发情况较好,集中绿化用地率和附属建筑用地率差异明显;国家管理的高校集约度分值低于省属高校,占地规模较大的高校集约度分值较低;3所高校"土地利用结构"和"高校教育科研产出"目标下的评价指标差异较大,对集约用地评价结果的影响也较大.研究还表明GIS和FAHP在土地集约利用定量评价中具有很高的应用价值.

Abstract:Setting 3 universities as object,integrating remote sensing image,urban cadastral data and statistical information,using GIS technology,this paper describes the spatial distribution of universities' land use,gains the series of land use data and accomplishes quantitative evaluation through FAHP and hierarchy evaluation method.The results show that land exploitation situation of 3 universities is well,the differences on green land rate and affiliated building land rate among 3 universities are obvious.The intensive degree score of university managed by country is lower than university managed by province,the score of large scale area university is lower than small scale area.Under land use structure and education land output objective,there are significant differences in evaluation index which have much influence on evaluation result.Therefore,GIS and FAHP are very valuable in quantitative land intensive use evaluation.
