Abstract: | We present an experimental study of the fields of difference frequency waves (DFW) generated by a parametric acoustic array in laboratory conditions. The spatial distribution of the DFW field of a parametric acoustic array with oblique incidence of the source radiation onto a rough water-air interface that models a disturbed ocean surface is considered. It is experimentally shown that the presence of a reflecting surface in the region of interaction of the pump wave results in a significant distortion of the angular dependences of the DFW fields in a reflected beam.State University, Nizhny Novgorod.
