| Abstract: | N-Sulfinyl perfluoroalkanesulfonamides, RfSO2NSO, prepared by refluxing perfluoroalkanesulfonamideswith thionyl chloride, react easily with aromatic aldehydes giving N-perfluoroalkanesulfonyl aromatic imines, RfSO2N=CHAr, through elimination of sulfurdioxide. |
