Abstract: | General strategies for metal aerogel synthesis, including single-metal, transition-metal doped, multi-metal-doped, and nano-metal-doped carbon aerogel are described. In addition, the latest applications of several of the above-mentioned metal aerogels in electrocatalytic CO2 reduction are discussed. Finally, considering the possibility of future applications of electrocatalytic CO2 reduction technology, a vision for industrialization and directions that can be optimized are proposed. |
