| 摘 要： | 对瓶盖加工模具在生产使用中突然出现的裂纹及崩刃等现象进行了分析，指出失效的主要原因是原热处理工艺不当使其硬度偏高所致．鉴于此，本文对其进行了实验研究，并制定了新工艺．
