| 摘 要： | 2－O－Acetonyl-β-cyclodextrin with a suitable average substitution degree of about 5.8, which could be used as a key intermediate for water soluble functional β-cyclodextrin derivatives, was prepared based on the proper oxidation of heptakis(6-O-dimethyl-tert-butylsilyl)-2-O-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin.
