| 摘 要： | 餐饮业是与人民生活密切相关的行业之一，是经济增长的新亮点，更是构建和谐社会和落实科学发展观的重要环节．经过改革开放二十多年的发展，东莞的餐饮业已基本具备加快发展的巨大潜力和现实条件．对改革开放以来东莞餐饮产业发展历程进行研究，分析了当前东莞餐饮业的概况及主要特点，总结、归纳了改革开放以来东莞餐欲产业发展的主要阶段及动因．为东莞餐饮产业的发展理清脉络，使其今后的发展更加顺利．

| Abstract: | The catering industry is one of the industries closely related to people's life.It is another focus of attention for economic growth as well as an important link in the practice of constructing the harmonious society and fulfilling the scientific development concept.This paper expounds the importance and strategic significance of the catering industry and reviewed the development history and motivation of the catering industry in Dongguan. |
