生活饮用水经餐具煮沸后金属元素含量分析

摘    要:采用火焰原子吸收法测定了生活饮用水经不同餐具煮沸后金属元素K,Na,Ca,Mg含量的变化,结果显示,自来水在煮沸20min后,4种金属元素含量均明显升高,而以经铝制高压锅和搪瓷锅煮后的中元素含量升高明显,而以经铁锅煮后水中元素含量升高最低,但各元素含量均在正常范围之内,长期饮用不会对健康产生明显影响。

Abstract:The change of the content of metal elements, K, Na, Ca, Mg in drinking waterafter boiled in different tableware was determined by atomice absorption method. The resultsshowed that after tap water was boiled 20 min, the content of four kinds of metal elementsincreased significantly. The content of elements increased most obviously in the water boiledin aluminum pressure cooker and in enemel cooker while increased lowest in the water boiledin iron cooker. But all the content of metal elements varied in within the nomal limits. It willnot hurt human health greathy to drink for a long term'
