| 摘 要： | 近年来纸和纸板的消费量逐年上升，中国造纸工业面临着产业结构调整和技术装备改造，如何提高产品竞争力走可持续发展道路是实现中国造纸产业现代化的关键，２１世纪木材纤维原料是造纸纤维的主要来源，草类纤维仍是中国纸业的重要原料，二次纤维的回收率将不断增加，在造纸技术上将引进国外先进技术，降低生产用水和废水排放。造纸行业将进行重组和合并以提高我国纸制品的国际竞争力。

| Abstract: | Theconsumptionofpaperandpaperboardincreasesduringthepastyears.Chinapaperindustryisfacing theadjustmentofindustrialstructureandenhancementoftechnicalequipment.Toimprovethecompetenceofpaper productsandmaintainsustainabledevelopmentisthekeytorealizethemodernizationofChinapapermakingindus try.Woodfiberwillbethemainresourceforpapermakingindustry ,gramineaefibersareimportantpulpingrawmate rial,therecoveryofsecondaryfiberwillincreaseconstantly .Newadvancedtechnologywillbeintroducedfromabroad toreducewaterconsumptionandwasteliquordrainage .Therearrangementandalignmentofpaperindustrywillbe proceededtoimproveinternationalcompetenceofpaperproducts. |
