火焰原子吸收光谱法测定苦荞麦制品中钙、镁的含量

摘    要:用硝酸-高氯酸溶解试样,盐酸溶出,采用氯化锶为释放剂,以消除共存元素的干扰;用原子吸收光谱法,于波长202.5nm处,测定镁的吸光度,波长422.7nm处,测定钙的吸光度.方法用于苦荞麦制品中钙、镁的测定,结果满意.

Abstract:The sample is digested with HNO_3-HClO_4.The residue is dissolved with HCl,SrCl_2 was added as releaser to eliminate the influence of the co-existing elements.The magnesium is determined at 202.5nm and calcium is determined at 422.7nm by atomic absorption spectrometry.The method was applied to determination of calcium and magnesium in tartary buckwheat with satisfactory results.
