Abstract: | Within the framework of a dipole approximation, the form of the light absorption band for exciton transitions between triplet zones in one-, two-, and three-dimensional periodic molecular structures is calculated. Allowance is made for exciton attenuation as a frequency-independent parameter. The analytical expressions obtained make it possible to analyze the band for molecular structures of different spatial dimensionalities as a function of the difference in bandwidths, attenuation, and lattice temperature.
