| Abstract: | The method of multi-ion crystal field calculation is applied to compute the magnetic structure of Nd2Fe14B. By means of fitting calculation, a set of crystal field coefficients, cone angle θ (32°) of spin direction and the temperature of spin reorientation Tsr (130 K) are obtained, which are in good agreement with experiment. The magnetic structure of the rate earth ion Nd is determined from the calculation. |
