| Abstract: | Terahertz radiation is a newly developed coherent far infrared source, which has been applied in many research fields. In this paper, terahertz time-domain spectroscopy technology is introduced. The recent progress in the field of spectroscopy on gas sensing is reviewed. The methods of data processing including Fourier analysis, linear predictive coding and wavelet processing used in gas sensing are compared. |
