摘    要:太赫兹辐射是一种新型的远红外相干辐射源,近年来在不同的研究领域得到了广泛的应用。本文简要介绍了THz时域光谱技术;阐述了THz辐射应用于气体光谱的研究及其进展;比较了傅立叶变换,线性预测编码及小波变换算法在气体探测中的应用

Abstract:Terahertz radiation is a newly developed coherent far infrared source, which has been applied in many research fields. In this paper, terahertz time-domain spectroscopy technology is introduced. The recent progress in the field of spectroscopy on gas sensing is reviewed. The methods of data processing including Fourier analysis, linear predictive coding and wavelet processing used in gas sensing are compared.
