白蚁巢内生态环境与真菌优势种类

摘    要:通过人工凋节CO_2分压、温湿度等条件,来探讨白蚁巢内的生态环境与真菌优势种类的关系。活巢内的优势种类小白球菌适应巢内的高浓度CO_2与高湿度,并与白蚁形成了和谐的共生关系;废巢里炭角菌占优势的原因主要是CO_2浓度的降低;离巢菌圃则由于低CO_2与低湿度而诱发了在蚁巢内处于休眠状态的多种半知菌生长。

Abstract:The relation of dominant Species of fungi with ecological conditions in the termite nest is studied by artificially conditioning the partial pressure of CO2, different temperatures, humidity and so on. The result indicates that Termitosphaeria duthiei, the dominant and symbiotic species adapt themselves to the higher CO2 concentration and humidity, while the decrease of partial pressure of CO2 makes Xylaria dominant in the abandoned nest, and the lower partial pressure of CO2 and humidity are the major factors to induce various species of the fungi imperfecti which are dormant in the nest, to grow on the combs out of the nest.
