| 摘 要： | 本文给出了用于自适应光学系统的波面传感器的功能、要求及特性。详细分类叙述了几种典型的波面传感器。它们是:高频振动波面传感器,相位共轭波面传感器,旋转光栅剪切干涉波面传感器及S-H波面传感器。同时分析、比较了各类传感器的优缺点及适用范围。

| Abstract: | The functions, requirements and characteristics of Wave-front sensor appl-ied in adaptive optical systems are given Some kinds of typical wave-front se-nsor: high-frequency vibration wave-front sensor, phase-conjugated wave-fro-nt sensor, rotating grating sheare interferometric wave-front sensor and S-Hwave-front sensor are related in detail. The merits and demerits, the applica-ble areas of them are compared at the same time. |
