| 摘 要： | 本文从生化角度指出，锌与机体的生长发育和功能有着密切的关系，锌摄入的不足或过量均会引起生理的变化而产生多种疾病，只要注意每日饮食的营养，正常情况下是不会缺锌及引发有关疾病的。
