拉浆铅膏的形成机理与表征

摘    要:介绍了拉浆铅膏的制备方法,并将其应用于卷式铅酸蓄电池的制作.实验电池正极活性物质利用率0.5℃放电时达到54%以上,5℃电流放电时可达38%.采用X射线衍射光谱、红外光谱、循环伏安、扫描电镜等实验与分析测试手段,对拉浆铅膏的反应机理进行了研究与表征.结果表明,由于加入粘合剂拉浆铅膏与传统铅膏反应机理有所不同,但粘合剂基本不会影响电池的充放电性能.拉浆铅膏的和膏过程其主体反应是一个物理变化过程.图7,表1,参8.

Abstract:The preparation of slurry lead paste for spirally wound lead acid batteries was presented.The utilization of positive active materials could reach 54% and 38% for 0.5C and 5C discharges respectively.Reaction mechanism of paste-mixing was investigated by means of XRD, SEM,IR and CV.Results indicate that formation mechanism of slurry lead paste is different from that of traditional lead paste,which results from the addition of binders.However,no obvious effects of binders on charge-discharge performance of lead acid batteries.The principal reaction of slurry paste-mixing is a physical process.7figs.,1tab.,8refs.
