| Abstract: | 5% and 7% Nd∶Ca4YO(BO3)3 (Nd∶YCOB) was grown by Czochralski method. The structure and linear-nonlinear properties of this crystal, and results of preliminary experiments on the laser pumped by LD and Ti∶sapphire laser have been reported1～2]. The threshold for self-frequency doubling operation is 97 mW2]. |
